How to get started!

Before making your first purchase with FEDERATION, sign up to our Loyalty Program. This way you start collecting points. To sign up, click here. Make sure you subscribe to us so you get the reward emails.

How to earn rewards with our Loyalty Program:

To earn rewards, customers must first accumulate points to reach a tier, earning 1 point for every $1 spent. Once they enter a tier, they will receive rewards. See the Loyalty Levels below for details on the rewards associated with each tier.

How do I check my current tier and progress?

Simply log in to our website by clicking here. After logging in, return to the homepage and select the Loyalty Program widget at the bottom left corner of your screen. Click or tap on the Tier Progress icon to view your current progress and see how many more points you need to advance to the next tier.

How do I change my profile details and preferences in the new Loyalty Portal?

You can change your profile and preferences by clicking or tapping the More icon.

Points Expiry

Points expiry is set on a rolling basis. If you have not earned or spent points within 12 months your loyalty points balance will automatically reset to zero. You will be notified via email 30 days before any points are due to expire.

Tier Expiry

If you haven’t spent the required amount for your current tier within one calendar year (1st Jan - 31st Dec), you will be put back to your previous tier.

For example:

If you are on the Silver Tier and you haven't spent $1-$499 or earned 1-499 within one calendar year, you will go back to Concrete.

Terms and Conditions:

- Points are earned when orders are shipped, not when they are placed

- Loyalty point codes cannot be redeemed with other promotional codes- Shipping will not be credited for orders that have a loyalty code applied. This includes multiple orders that ship together

- Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with each other

- Loyalty points are non-transferable. Customers found to be sharing, selling, or trading points will be removed from the Loyalty Program and points will be voided

- Shipping Charges are not included in loyalty point accruals- Points from two different e-mail addresses cannot be combined

- No points are given for purchases made before joining our Loyalty Program

- Our Loyalty Program is only available for retail customers. Wholesale or resellers are not allowed

- You must be logged into your account at the time of purchase to earn points

- Orders placed by guest checkout will not earn points

- We reserve the right to change or discontinue our Loyalty Program at any time
