FULL TIME - DIGITAL AND CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER
This role is a vital cog in the visual output of Federation. Managing all things website and digital media. Ensuring growth on our online platform, by providing exceptional customer journey. we have the right product in the right place, at the right price, seen by the right people.
To achieve the key functions of this position, it is expected that administrative tasks and process are followed as part of the ongoing success of this role : these include and not exclusive to maintaining the presentation of the online platforms, daily communication with the team in a professional, friendly and timely manner. Appropriate file management of digital assets, accurate reporting and maintaining SOP and manuals.
Online Management :
- Online imagery : uploading and maintaining the website images, making sure we have all relevant imagery on our sites.
- Product descriptions : ensuring on products online have correct descriptions following the guidelines set.
- Pricing : Making sure we have the correct pricing for garments, depending on seasonality etc.
- Merchandising : regularly merchandising the different collections to ensure the collections look fresh and exciting for the customers.
- Apps and Plug ins : making sure all external software is looking correctly and uniformly.
- Loyalty system : ensuring we have the best practices with our loyalty system.
- Online pick and pack support if and when needed.
Marketing
- Social Marketing : working with the creative director and graphic designer to execute regular, accurate and purposeful social media content through the different social channels.
- Creating regular EDM’s and scheduling and the appropriate times to ensure maximum return. A strong knowledge of Klayvio.
- Social influencer work : using Federation’s best practises, work with suitable social media influencers to get the best ROI.
Retail
- Retails sales : ensuring best practices with customer service when customers are in store.
- Merchandising : Merchandising the retail store to ensure the customer journey in store is at the highest quality.
