We try to make the return process quick and easy as possible.
Please read our below policies so you have full understanding before making an order!
We want to make life easier for you, so if you are near a store, you are more than welcome to drop your return in. The store can swap your item over for something else or issue you with a credit.
We do not do refund unless the item is faulty.
Purchases placed online are eligible for exchanges/credits less any shipping costs, we understand you might not always get it right when purchasing online!
Our return time frame is 14 days from when you have received your item, providing the item is unworn, in brand new condition with its original packaging and tags intact. You will be able to exchange this for another size, another item, or be credited the value back onto your Federation account.
Please Note: Final Sale and OUTLET items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Until the return item is received at Federation Headquarters it is your responsibility. We recommend using track and trace.
We offer a maximum of 2 exchanges after your original order.
Due to high demand on our products, we are unable to hold sizes for exchanges.
Also, due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on accessories, underwear, swimwear, and earrings.

Our Sale items are non-refundable, and any items listed as "Final Sale" are not eligible to be returned.

Final Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Sorry! Items marked as Final Sale have been discounted considerably more from their original price and are considered final sale - but looks like you got a real bargain! These will not be accepted for returns of any kind unless faulty.
You will recognise items classed as final sale in the products description. If you're not sure, get in touch and we can let you know!

If your item is faulty, contact must be made immediately from when the order is received. If contact is not made with-in our standard return date (14 days from when you have received your item), the return request will be denied.
If we cannot repair or replace the item, then an online credit will be issued.

All delivery methods require a signature from the customer upon receipt of the parcel. If there is no one available to accept your order, you will need to contact the relevant carrier to arrange pick up (often from the carrier’s depot) or re-delivery. Federation accepts no liability for any loss, damage, cost or expense (including any indirect or consequential loss or damage) to you or any other person that is caused by missed deliveries or re-delivery.

No, we do not offer refunds unless your original product/s is out of stock. If you change your mind about the item you purchase we can offer you an exchange for something else or issue you an online credit.
Gift vouchers are non refundable.
If you want a refund (where applicable) exchange or online credit it must be done within the 14 day period from when the order was placed.
If your package arrives at Federation within the 14 - day timeline specified above, your refund (where applicable), exchange or online credit note will be processed within 7 days (Excluding weekends and public holidays). You will be notified via email to the email address listed on your account when we're processing it. When processing a refund, your bank may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Federation. Please allow up to 3 – 5 working day before contacting us.
Items purchased on preorder are able to be returned for a store credit as normal. A preorder item is a specially ordered item. Please note that preorders cannot be cancelled for a refund, we can only offer a STORE CREDIT. From time to time preorders may be delayed and we advise that you should be aware of this before purchasing. Only preorders delayed by 4 weeks or more are eligible for a full refund.
Please play close attention to the expected delivery time stated on preorders and bear this in mind when ordering.
